To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and staff, as well as the preservation of the facilities, the following visitor guidelines are in place:
Admission rights are at the discretion of the management.
Compliance with staff directives is mandatory. Disruptive or offensive conduct may lead to denial of entry or immediate termination of the visit and access to the remaining areas.
Tickets must be presented and retained throughout the visit.
Bags and backpacks are subject to security checks at the cave entrance.
Large items or excessive baggage are not permitted inside the caves. Please consult with staff for guidance.
Consumption of food and beverages is not allowed inside the cave. Dispose of litter responsibly before entry.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited inside the caves.
Geological formations must not be touched or disturbed to preserve their integrity.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs.
The tour involves stairs, making pram and wheelchair access infeasible.
Visitors must stay with the group, following staff instructions and keeping to the designated path. Climbing over barriers, running, or blocking pathways is strictly forbidden.

- Individuals with limited mobility:
The journey through the caves covers a distance of about 1,200 meters and involves staircases, with handrails provided for support. Regrettably, the cave pathways are not suitable for wheelchair users.
However, other amenities, like the bar and store, are fully accessible to wheelchairs. Accessible restrooms are available in the primary building adjacent to the store, and parking spaces are reserved for visitors with limited mobility.
Visitors with heart conditions or claustrophobia are advised to exercise caution regarding the tour. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider if you have any medical concerns and informing our staff prior to embarking on the cave
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s appropriate and safe behavior throughout the premises.
Note: Prams are not feasible for the tour due to the presence of steps. For those with infants, carrying them in your arms or using a baby backpack is the recommended alternative.

Every tour offered includes a unique live concert experience and the choice to either sail across Lake Martel by boat or traverse it on foot; both options are available without any extra charge.
Adult ticket pricing applies to those aged 13 and above; child rates are for ages 3 to 12, and infants from 0 to 2 years. There are several lakes in the caves, including Lake Martel, named after the speleologist who first crossed it, Edouard Alfred Martel. This is one of the biggest underground lakes in the world, 117 metres long, 30 metres wide, and between 4 and 12 metres deep.
